In my view, the greatest way to effectively gain or lose weight is to exercise and follow a plan. Preparing meals and sticking to a fitness routine are excellent ways to keep healthy. It helps maintain not only your physical but also your mental health. It gives you a sense of accomplishment and self-worth.

I decided to workout because when I was younger I got made fun of for being skinny, so when I got older I decided to workout and because I was getting made fun of it give me extra motivation to work harder when ever I workout. It is really good for you physical and mental health. I know this because mine are better since I started working out I feel better about my physical appearance.For my mental health I have something to do when I get upset.
